The location was ideal, being close to all the attractions in Tulum while still offering a peaceful retreat away from the main street hustle and bustle. The attention to detail by the staff was exceptional, with Anni going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.The room was incredibly spacious, providing us with plenty of room to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The bed was comfortable, and the housekeeping was top-notch, keeping the room clean and inviting throughout our stay. We also appreciated the hot water in the shower, a small luxury that made a big difference in our overall comfort. The hotel offered a variety of amenities that enhanced our stay, from access to Netflix on the flat-screen TV to the option to hire bikes and mopeds at a reasonable price.
